Comments: This odd individual, Hammy Sammy isn't really helping my case here on Flamerbook. I never read it before but have tired of my friends telling me about the unbelievable posts here. Sometimes it seems that Hammy Sammy posts here just to argue with himself I guess. Either way, his innuendo and falsehoods must be firmly dealt with. It's common knowledge among the hams here in the valley that Cliff had no "heavy equipment" stored at my location. The only heavy item barely weighs more than me (300+ pounds) and it's an empty military S-250 commo shelter. Just aluminum and foam. Here it is being lowered by a crane after being taken off of the flatbed truck Cliff hired.  The shelter is behind a locked gate in my weedy lot so Cliff or his Menifee Minions can't just come and take it back without me granting them explicit access. Previously I stated that will only happen after Cliff Wallace provides to me: 1. A waiver absolving me of any responsibility for the condition of Cliff's property. 2. Proof Of Insurance that protects my property if there is any damage during the moving process. 3. A very detailed list of every item and the quantity he expects to remove from my property. I was to retain the necessary parts and assemblies needed for me to conduct repeater maintenance as part of my official duties as control operator of the W6CDW repeater. In other words, we had a business agreement about the property, the repeater and my duties. My bet is that the sum of Cliff's legal fees and mine would exceed the value of his property. Therefore we will both have to yield on some points. It's obvious that this obscure Flamerbook person Hammy Sammy is confused about the "in real life" facts. Surely there's more to the JMM/Cliff dynamic than is generally known as they had a long IRL association. And as greatly demonstrated since I began engaging with you here, accurate information from you is very much lacking, leading to a lot of speculation, falsehood and innuendo. And, of course, any duties JMM engaged in on behalf of the Secret Jamming Squirrel Squadron Radio Club wouldn't have continued after Cliff's decidedly unfair treatment of JMM. And JMM graciously allowing Cliff to use JMM's property to store heavy equipment that doesn't lend itself to being easily moved and not being willing to go to extraordinary lengths to move that equipment on Cliff's behalf [given that Cliff now resides in Texas] after Cliff's poor treatment of JMM is sort of understandable. I don't know Cliff personally, so I highly doubt that I'd get any accurate information from him were I to call him and query him about the mouthy troll that refers to itself as "KA6JMM aka SnitchBoy" on the 450 Flamebook who is very likely the source of most of the malicious interference inflicted upon his repeater that was directed at JMM and which Cliff blamed, not on you, but on JMM. Obviously there is bad blood between the two of them. How much of that is a result of actual bad acts on JMM's part I don't know - you certainly have provided little if any accurate information despite my querying you about it numerous times. I obviously don't know all the details of the arrangement, and Cliff is unlikely to have provided those details were I to ask him, but if he wanted his heavy equipment from JMM's property in CA, then it was incumbent upon him to retrieve it - not to expect JMM to go to great lengths to "return" it to him. Such implies JMM was "borrowing" the equipment when, in fact, JMM was merely giving Cliff a place to store it. JMM didn't ask or force Cliff to move to TX, nor did he ask to be scapegoated for the illegal acts of unlicensed/unidentified persons - like you - as it concerns the W6CDW repeater. Of course there's the possibility there is more to the story, but I don't know it and I doubt you do either, or that you would truthfully reveal it if you did. "That is a possibility that scares me silly!" You say that because you imagine I'm as obsessed with JMM and determined to interfere in his life and subject him to maltreatment as you are.
