He is not out of the woods. He is on a very strict _one year_ probation.  The FCC doesn't want him on 435 or 450. All he can do is join CLARA or one of those other Hi-Hi OM retirement home repeaters. All he can say is his call sign, comment on the weather or talk about radios. So if you hear him on the air, argue with him. Play tapes of his prior rants, cursing and arguments. Tick him off. Break the facade and trigger his full "Officer Hoffman" mode. He won't be able to resist. Tape his response and report him to the FCC. ZKZ is too dumb to just turn off his radio for a year so make him pay the price.
