Comments: Federal Communications Commission Attn: Riley Hollingsworth RE: K6MWT Repeater on 147.435 To Whom It May Concern: On Friday, February 4th at approximately 7:01 PM Pacific Standard Time, I witnessed amateur station WB6SUS attempt a QSO on 147.435. He was unable to make contact with the station he was calling because another amateur station K6SYW transmitted over him. K6SYW then said WB6SUS was not permitted to transmit on the repeater until that station paid a fee of $500 to K6SYW. Jamming of a signal & using amateur airwaves for financial gain is a direct violation of Part 97. Attached is an audio recording of these transmissions. Please take whatever action necessary to stop this from happening. Sincerely, An amateur radio operator
