The pic of Rogers daughter is not far from the truth. Roger always provides Sofia and his wife with I phones. He sets the phones up so he has remote access to their content and their location at all times. Roger found some real risque pics on his daughters phone in compromising positions. I laughed when that was put out there by Roger himself. His little girl ain't so little anymore.

You're right to be concerned "Ham X", and not just for the reasons you stated, but also because YDO and RJI have been the recipients of a great deal of charity on the part of the participants in the SoCal 2m/70cm Amateur Radio scene over the years - above and beyond the support they've leeched off of government services paid for by our tax dollars and those of our fellow decent, productive citizens.

Much of that "charity" hasn't been given so much because people feel the Martins to be "in [legitimate] need", but because they've solicited - both annoyingly and forcefully at times - a great deal of that charity. One only needs look back a few short years in the history of this website to find numerous violent outbursts posted by their camp DEMANDING that 435ers pay their way.

Also, that charity has been given with the understanding that they would BOTH take necessary steps to clean up their lives and get back to being if not "productive" members of society, then certainly less offensive wastrels.

RJI, to his credit, seems to have done this. YDO, not so much.

Our hard earned tax dollars support YDO and other hams. Regardless of need or just parasitic nature we taxpayers are concerned. Yes we have a much higher quality of life standard than those dependent upon the system but we are supporting them. Our support entitles our concern.

I'm not too worried about YDO, life's great in my high rise apartment in Fargo. Next year I'm moving into a brand new apartment building because the high rise is being torn down. Me and YDO get about the same amount of money every month and I just don't know why he's wondering around in the desert? If I can stash money in my apartment and pay rent at the same time then so can he! The point is that YDO is less worried about himself than the patrons that post questions about him on this forum. Food for thought.

YDO when conscious is not coherent. When YDO chose to separate from RJI he sunk even lower into an alcohol/drug fueled stupor. YDO is on track to be a dead and bloated statistic. His health is failing and he has fallen off the radar. No doubt skid row is his final destination. Unsubstantiated rumors have always hovered over the Martin Brothers but this posting is true. Where I once used to prolifically suck up to the owner of the W6CDW repeater you'll now hear Cliff Wallace publicly discussing how I am holding his personal property hostage. Years back I eagerly promised to store rent-free a large amount of Cliff’s personal property in my overgrown backyard lot and in my old shed. While Cliff was preoccupied in Texas caring for his wife I was over on SPARC telling everyone about "my" VHF ham repeater (where I regularly violated FCC rules).

My whole little empire crumbled when I was dismissed as the control op and then my world imploded when I was permanently banned from the W6CDW repeater for talking to unlicensed/unidentified stations.

I am still acting out the Butthurt Old Man routine for anyone who will listen and it's easy to see what I am doing to Cliff. For a few months now Cliff and others have been calling me but I won’t answer their calls. LOL. Aren’t I clever? Since Cliff lives out of state I can play this cheapshit game forever. Nothing like petty revenge to make me feel smugly superior.

RJI posts on Facebook almost every day under his own name and at least two fake YDO accounts, mostly leftist drivel and circle jerks with one or two lowlifes who spam the 435 pages with politics-themed nonsense.

I’ve exchanged a few messages with him and there are a couple of videos of him engaged in long-haul trucking. You might remember he’d said he wanted to train to do that, and Trashly K6NEC subjected him to a heaping helping of verbal abuse over it the first time she allowed them to squat on her desert property. Evidently thoroughly humiliated by that, and unshackled from the dead weight that is YDO, he did what he had to do to get certified and is gainfully employed, so onthat front, at least, he seems to be moving in a positive direction. He also spent some time on the East Coast, ostensibly with a woman he was involved in a romantic relationship with.

That said, I’ve not heard him on the air since the “Upland Boy” meltdown, which was right around the time of the Desert News and Video posting from in front of the prison. Remember, they were blaming “Upland” for assaulting Henry in January, while he’d initially attributed the act to YDO and RJI. The “Upland” meltdown and prison video were both recorded shortly before YDO abandoned him at Home Depot. Perhaps losing all the charity from Roger Blight, being separated from YDO’s drama and having something else to do made him realize there was nothing for him on hammy radio, and that he’d only been involved because of his brother. He might have also felt like YDO and NEC played him. That’s just speculation, of course.

YDO has been MIA since the parting of the ways at Home Depot. I still have my doubts as to whether YDO just took off on him out of the blue, but clearly they went their separate ways. There’s no reason not to believe he’s still shacked up with Trashley out in the desert, but neither of them have been heard on the bands since before the Home Depot event.

Every now and then someone claims he’s dead, but until I see a death certificate, I’ll maintain that he only smells like it.
