Comments: It sure looks like I am still living free in BB's and Sparc's head. Amazing how while on vacation certain disruptions are an everyday occurrence on the SPARC repeater. SPARC posted a video of the song "Small dick man" trying to make claims towards me. Within days I noticed this was playing on the SPARC repeater it is amusing how these things happen even while I am not in the area. Another interesting fact is the Fox device that keys up, it sure helps to have friends that I RDF'd with that feel the constant attacks on my character by SPARC should not be tolerated. Karma is an interesting concept which should be a lesson for all. Keep my name and info off the 435 moron page.
Comments: USA, Don't let Roger deter your success with 450. No matter what threats he brings to your airwaves or what he threatens to do you on his system, rest assured that when you look back on all of this after another 6 months, your system will be a success and his system a total failure. "The Last Act of a Desperate Man" such as Roger is trying to take credit for your success while threatening to sue you for it in the same breath. This is basically the 45min conversation on 435 and 450 this evening from about 830 to 915. Make no mistake, Roger has nothing to do with your success so make sure he has nothing to do with a failure. Only a sociopath like Roger would take credit for 450 when everyone knows he didn't lift a finger (or two...because you know where those two fingers have been) to help and takes credit for the efforts of another repeater club. (Thank you SPARC) Thankfully the RF community (those people that own radios, not iPhnoes) helped make 450 what it is. Now it's up to us to make it all it can be. For anyone worried about Roger's "conspiracy" lawsuit...everyone is off 435 now except for the Pragers and a few other stations that offer no engaging content. Why do you think he's stalking 450 for users in the first place? If Roger had a case and could sue, it would have been brought before a court before this point in time. He has no case and no legal entity will back him should they risk losing their Bar accreditation. Roger, if I were you, I would not transmit on 450 again and make threats towards the user base. All I heard tonight were slanderous remarks with no proof or accountability to back it up. Someone with Roger's 'tittle' and 'credentials' such as "working full-time on a stealth HealthTech project for a confidential Fortune 500 company under NDA" as per https://rogerbly.com should not risk their credibility or involvement in frivolous matters such as this. Roger, if you find your user base lacking perhaps you should take priority access away from those with an IQ of 80 or below. This would eliminate all sandwich-makers, janitors, trailer park supervisors, and unlicensed caregivers from your system. Once these individuals are forced to compete with the equipment afforded to them, they will fade into obscurity where they belong. To put it succinctly, there are 4 priority stations fucking up your repeater. CQS, UBY, SYW and UBP. Nobody else is to blame except yourself. Why don't you sue them instead asshole?

I haven't been operating on W6CDW for months and have been up here in Lake Stevens, Washington. So if Cliff, Pat and Bruce want to ban somebody who doesn't key the repeater up then I guess let them have their cheap amusement. Besides, I have all of Cliff's personal belongings stored at my house. It would be a really bad move for Cliff to mess with me while he is so far away in Texas. Know what I mean?
