The 'bootlegger' guy actually has something to say that's interesting and people try to blast him for it and 'expose' him. The FCC does. not. care...at all. Roger's 'one rule' (well, actually they are many rues that differ based on who you are) out on 435 is less about following FCC guidelines and more about shutting people up. Comments: W6OF did indeed bootleg with the fake "DWP" callsign. That started happening shortly after Roger's implementation of the VOIP (which was either in 2015 or 2016, when the audio was still mixed with RF users instead of Priority). Several regulars at the time called him and Roger out on it and Roger basically told Chris to ID with his real callsign if he wanted to continue using the box. Once Roger switched to the VOIP from mixed to priority is when W6OF started intentionally jamming and interfering with RF stations. Chris obviously isn't the only one guilty of doing that as evidenced by the current actions of Darrin Jones, Perry K6SYW, and the Pragers. Roger went to priority VOIP to control and cause contention amongst the user base. I personally know of several people who have forwarded complaints/recordings to the FCC. Whether any action has been taken by them remains a mystery. I do remember he Henry/Ashlie fiasco last year. This is the recording where Roger did the "there is no Ashlie" show. Roger did nothing but make himself look like a dumbfuck.
Comments: If the Pragers ran TS, it wouldn't be offline now. Chris has been the driving force behind and the administrator of TS since it came back from oblivion. Remember in the latter years of Christina and the early years of Roger Blight there were tons of users - typically no less than a dozen, and usually more - at a time, and they had the ability to chat with each other. There was very little moderation and, frankly, very little need for moderation. For the most part everyone had a great time and enjoyed chatting about 435. Then TS went away and returned with chat features disabled. Roger claimed that allowing people to chat using TS wasn't a part of "the 435 mission", whatever that means to a lying dunce like him. I say it was just another display of his inner-shitlib tyrant wanting to control speech and toy with the user-base. I don't know when Morgan came to be responsible for TS, but he's been responsible since at least the time he started ID'ing using his issued call-sign. Interestingly, if you listen to the audio of the event from Broadcastify, part of Roger's tirade had to do with the early years of OF on 435 not ID'ing and, allegedly, bootlegging. I say allegedly because I never heard OF identify with a phony call, but more than one person has claimed that before and now the repeater owner is saying it. But what's really aggravating about it now is that numerous people complained about the way OF conducted himself - jamming and self-righteously bitching about "squeakies" and people who don't ID - by asking Roger why he allowed a person who [allegedly] bootlegged and failed to ID to have priority access which he mostly used to jam people. Of course WE know the answer to that: OF was given priority access precisely because Roger wanted him and his other hand-picked control operators to jam stations he doesn't like - a blatant violation of Part 97. And then he has the nerve to whine about alleged FCC complaints; unless and until I see evidence that the FCC has issued ANY complaints to Roger for ANY 435 regular, I consider him 100% full of shit on the matter - and on pretty much everything else. Remember, he claimed to have private investigators following various 435ers around - wouldn't that be "taking it off the air"? - who CONFIRMED Henry was lying about his involvement with the vile creature that got him killed; "there is no Ashlie", he said. How'd that turn out?
