With that being said I have attempted to reach those in SPARC that I take issue with and have yielded zero results. I have made many legitimate offers as a response to their threats and attended some of their public events. SPARC will NOT engage me so I leave it up to SPARC to provide an avenue for resolution. Comments: I can't believe my business was ruined by some fat eat-and-run transgender loser from Wildomar! Apparently she sat down and wrote a bunch of ridiculous letters to the health agencies of the city of Murrieta, Riverside County and the state of California They all came piling in and shut my restaurant down on the 21st of November citing code violations and health & safety complaints from some gal named Ricky Bebout living in Wildomar. It all started when she came in claiming she was there to have a big meeting with a bunch of "ham" radio folks. Is that like CB'ers? She ordered a whole pile of food; the Murrieta Special with green bell peppers, Sweet Thai Chili wings, Honey Bourbon wings, Buffalo wings, a Bruchetta Pizza' a Margarita pizza, a "Big John" Pizza, a Alfredo & Chicken Pizza and a whole lot of sodas. That bill was really racking up. She started chowing down right away and man could that fatso put away food. She was getting red sauce all over her khaki shirt and shorts. Looked like a big fat Girl Scout or maybe she was a he who was a pedophile? Next thing I know she/he went running out the door without paying the bill! Comments: **Announcement** We are putting it here so others on 435 can be informed. MFW we appreciate your support for SPARC and do enjoy your QSO's however not all of the SPARC user base is thrilled that you or others of the 435 user base are migrating to SPARC due to issues with Roger Bly/possible 435 shutdown. Therefore, I will reiterate a few key points that you and others need to be cognizant of if you wish to become a regular on our repeater if indeed 435 is shut down. These requirements pertain to all potential defectors. 1. No references to "intoxication Station" with follow-up discussions of drug use. We must be clear, as these references are in violation with Echo link TOS. We do have SPARC members living in places such as NORCAL that been long time Scrap/SPARC members, Constant drug talk, illegal use and references will violate our Echo link terms and could get this important link shutdown. This is not going to happen on our watch. No more references to drugs, use, terms, or illegal talk about abuse of drugs. Some SPARC members have loss family members to substance abuse issues have voiced their concerns too about this issue. This is not meant to be an attack just on you it goes for all potential 435ers or fellow SPARC members too. 2. No continuous use of foul language, while fellow SPARC members slip and use foul language this is also in violation of Part 97 and Echo link TOS. The problem with most of 435 is that every sentence starts with "fuck" or "fuckin" and ends with the same words. This bad habit will not be tolerated on SPARC. We boast of a family channel and provide broadcastify feeds. We do not want to chase away good radio operators by poor operating habits. Do you ever hear BB say the word "fuck" in every sentence? Case closed. 3. Shows, fights, threats these will not be tolerated. No more Tommy types constantly arguing with threats being thrown around. See reasons listed above. We have our own personality conflicts on SPARC without the need of taking on belligerent types from 435 that cannot function socially. While we realize Tommy, Jack are blind that is no excuse not to have developed social skills. Look at Simon, he does not act this way but is also visually impaired. KE6OG can barely have a normal conversation on 435 and lacks the same social skills. Moreover, many of you can be classified per case studies as being sociopaths, psychopathic. We are not therapist and will not tolerate this PERIOD. 4. SPARC is not the place for shows, and chest thumping high signal jamming. This ruins the repeater for all users and will not be tolerated including racial or other discriminatory styled transmissions. 5. Proper use of calls signs, ID. We in the SPARC group also need to be more diligent in doing these ourselves. 6. USE of remotes and allowing others to access them. MFW this was a concern for you. However, be honest your remote was being used to jam over others on 435. You did not have full control over your remote as you claim. We know this because ROGER BLY requested our assistance and PAID our services to track down some of the offending signals. WE were one of the groups to document it was INDEED your remote. It is plausible you did not authorize this misuse but you are RESPONSIBLE as the control operator. NONE of your remotes are going to be operated on SPARC this way. In fact, NO legit repeater owner would allow this. I am surprised BB did not tell this to your face when this was brought up the other day on air. I am sure I left of some important pertinent points here, but you 435ers can get the genre of what we expect. Have a nice day everyone.
