Comments: I think I have identified one of the jammers during the bhn net. I heard some other repeater very clear at s9 full scale on the input freq coming back from work in temple city. I switched to a scanner with an attenuator and still heard it loud and clear. The signal followed along in the traffic I still heard it 5 miles and the scanner manual says the signal with full attenuation is within a 1 mile range. I could not see any vehicles with a ham antenna. Then a white Tacoma full size truck passed me with a dual band antenna mounted right on top of the cab. A quick look at the guy he had a scraggly looking beard a baseball cap and looked Asian maybe Japanese I got only a Quick look pulling off my antenna from the scanner the signal was very loud and clear at 146.400. I was about 4 of 5 cars behind and decided to see where he goes and to try to get a picture. I skipped my exit and followed this person all the way to eastvale and lost him Archibald maybe a half a mile or so into eastvale. He made a turn into a side street. The interesting fact was the signal was always the same s nits the whole way. So this has to be the guy. The jamming would turn on and off though to broadcast certain voices and remove other parts of the conversation. During this time tone jammers and other noises were on the repeater output so it looks like they were all going at the same time. I am almost sure I heard Tim slevin voice as one of the voices. I am almost sure it was off the sparkerlers repeater . This has pissed me off a few times trying to check into the net coming back from work. I keep getting jammed out with my handheld Let's all try to figure out who this person is as they must live in that area somewhere and drive that direction Does anyone have info on any of this I suggest the 435 user base be aware of these things
