Comments: We are making plans and voting on what rules and items we want to enforce after we buy the repeater system. Some good news as we are going to put up a digital link in both p25 and dmr. Our ban list will be just a few people the rest will be given a new chance to be respectful to other users and obey the part 97 rules. A good idea was to have various genres to broaden the scope and audience of the 435 base. We plan on having poetry and a literary reading as a net. A swap meet net and a technical chat hour. Gone will be the name calling arguments and personal attacks. They will be replaced with a better 435. We are working with roger on the switch-over and he feels it is time to get rid of the headache he has to deal with. We will also have a large t hunting user base networked in with a real time port forwarding signal tracker. This will allow us to have both fixed and Doppler hunters share real time data to track mobile users. We plan on giving bans to offenders via FCC and restraining orders ( think miglitory's ). To have offenders put in jail for failing to obey court restraining orders. The repeater will be back like the good days of 435 and we appreciate the help from those assisting us with this transition period. Please leave comments here and suggestions or on our SPARC website.

Comments: We are in the process of getting the 435 repeater for a vhf system. It is obvious it is poorly operated and needs a serious clean up. This would be a great addition with our current repeater. We will strictly enforced part 97. Rules to make 435 a family repeater with decent conversations. Mos t of the decent 435 members are already using our 446.640 system and think the idea is a good one. This will bring back 435 like it used to be. If any users cannot accept these changes I suggest you find another repeater to disrupt. We plan on using the vhf segment to cover areas that the uhf cannot reach this should be great for those having trouble hitting the uhf machine. We are also thinking about drafting letters and bans via the fcc for serious disrupted currently abusing 435 we also plan on restraining orders if the fcc bans are ignored
