This was and still is known as "the war zone"... As well, 80 meters at night can turn into a riot, sometimes on 3810 mhz or 3840... If I check into that band, it is almost guaranteed that you will hear someone playing recordings of me from past drunken fun on the band, along with recordings of all of us... Another crazy frequency is the southern California repeater on 2 meters, at 147.435 mhz and 147.450 mhz... Talk about a bunch of goofballs... I check in from time to time and discus rude things... A lot of the old CBers from socal moved onto ham radio, and there are a bunch on 147.435, known as "4 3 5"...
