Comments: Thanks for the kudos Ham Sandwich! Some additional intel has come to me from Lenny's team and it adds a lot of nuance to an already explosive situation. KG6YGC (B-B) is a hard ass when he has had a bit too much to drink and in the early days of tracking down the notorious Driver he (B-B) was drinking a lot! Life problems it seems. Being a VP at a bank has lots of pressure. On the day B-B caught The Driver (T-D) B-B was stone cold sober and told him "I got you" when he walked up on him. B-B was feeling charitable, striking a deal to keep T-D's identity secret. B-B allowed T-D to continue to legally talk on the SPARC machine if T-D behaved himself, identified with his call and stopped jamming repeaters. But T-D started to misbehave and B-B gave him a stern warning off the air and banned him from the SPARC Facebook page. Soon T-D was at it again, jamming Tim on SPARC and the Bong net on 435. So B-B banned T-D from the SPARC repeater but to this day has refused to out T-D, honoring the original deal. Folks at 435 (BUZ is one) and many on SPARC have vowed to out T-D and have finally cracked the case. The notorious Driver was KA6JMM, Richard Bebout We VN era vets have a code of honor we live by so you should know this information is all true. JMM's negative personality traits have finally had a light cast on them. He is also the type to hold a grudge, keep records on others and employ others to do his dirty work. But everyone thought he helped to catch The Driver, right? How could he actually be The Driver? New information from Lenny's team has revealed JMM has a UHF remote on Elsinore Peak in the same rack as the W6CDW repeater. JMM made it look as if he was at home while using the UHF remote. On his mobile radio he had a was "The Driver" using a voice pitch changer. He was jamming away on all of the people he hates as he raced up and down the 15 and 215 freeways in his Jeep Cherokee. JMM is still jamming SPARC and 435 so the rogue elements on SPARC unleashed some jammers built on drone platforms. They fly them to different hilltops, let them jam all night and then move them in the morning. Different versions of the Elsinore repeater jamming can be explained by these mobile drones. I don't know what the 435'ers have done since they found out it was JMM but it could explain the carriers, funny voices on the W6CDW repeater and FlameBook posts mocking JMM. Hopefully Lenny's team will let me know when they conclude their investigation. JMM and the SPARC rogue elements deserve whatever fines the FCC is setting them up for. This is a friendly hint to SPARC. Refrain from any negative responses in town and at Cuddeback. We are prepared for a reactive and thorough response if necessary. Comments: I was badgered to post some information concerning possible conflicts between repeater groups and the upcoming Cuddyback function. I WILL NOT give my identity. You can take this report or leave it. The SPARC situation started much earlier than the current 435/SPARC issues I have been reading about on this Flamebook. The SPARC situation started when (I will not name) SPARC uppers became dissatisfied with the SCRAP repeater 449.500 that Henry operated. For some personal reasons a few from the SPARC group could not get along with Henry's style of being a repeater owner. A few members were jamming and using various methods to try to keep others from talking due to rivalries. These attempts were then blamed on others such as the Migtards, and some 435 members. While in fact it was dissatisfied certain SPARC members doing this. It looks like certain members of the SCRAP repeater were suspected and this rogue element needed to get someone else to take the blame so they setup some vendor at the swapmeet by getting his card and pretending to be a customer until they found out his daily routine. They then initiated a T hunt group to pin the signal coming from his parked car at some dog walk area. This took the heat off the rogue elements of that repeater for a short period of time. I actually sold a few things at the swap meets and talked to this guy which had tables next to me a few times.. The guy was a disabled Veteran that was awarded a Bronze Star while serving overseas as a radio expert imbedded with Seal Teams. I think he was in an explosion and drug out 4 guys from the blast. As a VN era Vet I thought SPARC founders doing something like this as a shitty stunt. After reading the postings attacking the person named Ham Sandwich, it fits the same narrative this rogue element has which is a bias against those that served in the military. To be truthful I have heard Roger Bly make similar comments on the 435 repeater. Some threats were made, the guys tires were slashed and his wife ended up calling the sheriff department due to ongoing threats. This gave the SPARC founders some time to get a repeater system up without using the 449.500 system. The founding members of SPARC received a repeater system for free, and then launched SPARC. They faced another problem due to the personal differences and anger issues with Henry K to try same way to bring many of the Scrap users over to SPARC. They then used the same T-hunting trick on Henry the repeater owner by making claims his antennas were transmitting jamming signals. This was an attempt to discredit Henry and steal the user base over to SPARC. The idea all along was to generate noise on the 449.500 repeater to launch the SPARC system, discredit the SCRAP repeater owner, take away the user base. To gain credibility they then found a way to out the driver that drove along the I15 to the 215 back to Perris. The notorious driver was on both 435 and the Scrap repeater. It was interesting no real details were ever released on his ID? Coincidences? They sure were fast accusing henry and the other guy releasing all kinds of details. Why is this all pertinent? The same thing is going on with the JMM repeater. SPARC rogue elements are behind the jamming and are looking for a way to blame this on someone from 435. This might be important because they are trying to get a fine imposed from the FCC. This is why every time some negative reports about BB or SPARC on this flamebook it is quickly followed up with some comical pictures and taunts directed at JMM. This makes it look like 435 is doing it and posting it on Flamebook. They know JMM is the type of person that will keep writing letters and get others involved. This also provides a distraction exactly how the SPARC elements operated in the above incidents. Different versions of the Elsinore repeater jamming and JMM problems exist. The common denominator is BB in all cases and it seems both JMM and BB share the same negative personality traits. It seems BB is very narcissistic and does not handle others telling him what to do. He is the type to hold a grudge, keep records on others and employ others as a ring leader to do the dirty work. He does not like being challenged either. Ham Sandwich and others from 435 has challenged him and he is not going to show up for a 1 for 1. He will use other methods to discredit or attack his enemies , those that dare to challenge him as Henry has found out. It is not too dishonest of him to find a patsy or set up others. I seriously doubt he would enter a ring to fight someone, but would not put it past him to have someone jumped from behind with no witnesses and beat up by a group. This is why I am giving an ample warning to those involved watch your cuddyback trip, and watch for strange vehicles around your neighborhood with dopplers or other systems. It is most likely SPARC looking for someone else to screw over. Oh I forgot to mention it is rumored the rogue SPARC members were involved with vandalism of the 449.500 repeater smashing some of the equipment on Sunset ridge. I do not have all the details on this, but suggest 435 repeater owner keep cameras and other deterrents on the 435 machine if SPARC decides to attempt some damage to the system. A second unconfirmed rumor was SPARC put custom made spikes in the road to Cuddyback to puncture 435 groups tires. This backfired as some of the SPARC group were not warned and got tire flats themselves. Do not under estimate BB or SPARC. These were just a few examples and many more exist with BB even shafting co-workers and back stabbing others at Edison. I hope 435 realizes what types they are dealing with.

It would be very inconvenient for some repeater clubs perhaps especially if the malfunctioning was erratic and near impossible to locate its position because it moves. Lets hope this won't happen.
