They've held off on aggressive enforcement of profanity even post-Golden Globes since then due to a couple of legal challenges, most notably "FCC vs Fox", but, in general, still don't take action on, "profanity", understood to mean the so-called 7 words you can't say, particularly the F word, by itself in the amateur service even when it's not a fleeting use.
