Comments: Excellent "thoughts and observations"... Allow me to further a couple of your points: "Roger almost issues 2 bans in one day and less than 3 hours apart. One for (the now fake) N6OGM..." It bears repeating that faux-OGM only started IDing using those call letters because Bitch-hard Francis "Buzz" Clark N6UZS, the former KB6BUZ [who, allegedly, had his originally issued call-sign stolen from him by someone submitting fraudulent paperwork to the FCC but, for some reason, didn't have either the knowledge or the motivation to take the handful of simple steps needed to undo that action], made the FALSE assertion that "Gobblecock" Guy was N6OGM. For Roger Blight to take action on Buzz's say-so alone was stupid, but typical of the sort of dunce Roger truly is. Honestly, why would he believe anything Buzz had to say on any subject? The rekindled romance between the real OGM and Buzz makes little sense as a long time ago Buzz tried to step to OGM and OGM smacked him down really good, but perhaps it's rooted in that they're kindred spirits in "taking it off the air". Yes, fuckos, t-hunting unidentified people to their homes and releasing personal information about them over the air - particularly when you haven't even confirmed that the homeowner is actually responsible for the alleged jamming - IS "taking it off the air", even if Roger Blight doesn't want to acknowledge it when his "protected class" are the ones doing it. Remember, it was some great fiasco in Roger's mind when Brandon Boyles parked himself in a public parking lot across a four-lane primary road from the trailer camp where the Prager's currently squat [as publicly available on their licenses that are public record and viewable through the FCC ULS] and, while not breaking any laws or engaging in any unethical behavior, recorded data proving that the Pragers, using RF rather than VOIP, were maliciously interfering with stations they didn't like. Contrastingly, I don't recall Roger having much to say when people who don't like ZKZ repeatedly played recordings of themselves contacting his alleged brother, making comments disparaging his dead mother, threatening to desecrate her grave and speaking of doing "drive-bys" of ZKZ's property. "Roger has reached a new low on Saturday with the banning of a fine-business operator and threatening N6ZKZ with the help of a private investigator he has been using to research Steve and others off the air." Unfortunately this is not a "new" low; Roger made this same claim over a year ago when, in extreme desperation, he proclaimed "there is no Ashlie": I still wonder about the motivation for this event on Roger's part. I doubted then, as I doubt now, that he employs any legitimate private investigator to spy on 435ers, but if he did then they're either incompetent or he's not paying them to work very hard. This was a really odd outburst on Roger's part given the circumstances; did anything at all really hang on whether or not Henry - the guy Roger was counting on to "bring in the ratings" - was really involved with a younger woman named Ashlie? Did Roger all of a sudden grow a conscience over Henry's goofy behavior and, if so, why was THIS thing he was claiming so important to refute? Curiouser and curiouser... Regardless, isn't it interesting - read, entirely hypocritical - that a "man" who claims that his ONLY rule for the repeater is that users don't "take it off the air" is not only allowing the "protected class" of his userbase [honestly, their really his only userbase at this point] to take it off the air but is HIMSELF taking it off the air by allegedly employing private investigators to clandestinely follow people? "During this same timeframe, while wielding his second-hand "Intro to Psychology" paperback, Roger tries to bully USA with Maximization/Reid Technique, blaming him for everything going wrong with 435." That's funny because weren't the Migliotards responsible for everything wrong with 435? Or... no, it was John Jolly. Wait- it was N0AKA. But... wasn't it Christina and the "Valley" users? And I could have sworn for a while it was Henry - but Henry "brings in the ratings", so allowing a man to self-destruct in slow motion to the ultimate detriment of himself, the man who killed him, his ex-wife and children was okay because it "brings in the ratings"... It also never seems to be Perry the Inglewood Fairy telling people he is going to come to their house and kill them. It never seems to be Darin Jones with his constant refrain of decidedly vulgar talk about gay sex acts; you might have noticed that EVERY conversation he involves himself in seems to devolve into graphic descriptions of male genitalia and gay sex acts, as well as the belief that anyone he happens to dislike on the air desires gay sex with men of color. Come to think of it, when he's not threatening to murder people or delivering his constant refrain of, "beat it bitch", "no call-sign, no credibility" etc., pretty much all Perry talks about is gay sex acts as well. It never seems to be Tammy Prager keying up while the frequency is in use to say... well, nothing really of value at all; her only real purpose on the frequency seems to be to interrupt legitimate conversation with her low-class, low-IQ comments, only to be rightly told to take a hike and to have Tommy key up to further disrupt the frequency with his whining about how people are, "picking on a woman". And while he's mostly irrelevant, it also never seems to be the fault of Buzz, who often keys up with little at all to say but to accuse unidentified people of being this or that person [wrongly], give out PI and talk about how clever he imagines he is with his "t-hunting" activities. If you add up everything these losers bring to the table, the sum is NOTHING. I recall Roger's justification for banning ZKZ last year was that, "he brings nothing to the repeater"; that may, in fact, be true, but the aforementioned bring even less than nothing - and of course Roger Blight, whose capacity for hypocrisy is infinite, not only allows them to violate Part 97 rules with impunity, he ENCOURAGES it! "It was actually great to hear USA smack Roger down like the bitch he is." Contrast the hilarity of USA, who, a lot like Don Rickles, rarely fails to impress, with the collection of mostly unfunny Andrew Dice Clays Roger Blight panders to, who are lucky to occasionally be funny by accident. "The people Roger deems his adversaries seem to be far more adept about what's on the airwaves." That's because Roger is, at best, an appliance operator. Everything that's good about 435 from a technical perspective is borrowed from others. People often laugh when it's said that, "Roger pays the bills, but I run the machine". Few people really know how true that statement is. While Roger Blight picked something of an ideal location for the physical 435 RX/TX apparatus, he didn't do that out of an idea of putting a better signal out to a wider audience - that was dumb luck. He put the equipment where he did because he wanted to deny a certain portion of the userbase the ability to easily get a signal into the receiver. Always remember: a piece of subhuman communist fecal matter is a piece of subhuman communist fecal matter in ALL things, and the last thing a piece of subhuman communist fecal matter wants is to allow a counterpoint to his bullshit. Sure, he may allow the illusion of one [people like the Pragertrash, OG and OF], but to allow someone with both the tools and talent to wipe the floor with his vile ideology simply can't be allowed. And a number of operators out of the Valley were such people. They were also the people who were the loudest voices, for the longest time, against the idea of Roger Blight as a "435er", despite how long he's nipped at the heels of the userbase. He was NEVER part of the gang, merely a "hanger-on", which is why he's put so much effort into decimating the userbase. "Roger thinks a judge is going to subpoena half the user base's personal info because someone said "Gobblecock" a few times or played DVRs of his control ops - that as control ops - should not be saying such idiotic phrases under any circumstance, vandalizing personal property, or making death threats on a normal RF input, much less one that enables them to do so over the entire base." I believe I've made the point before that it's been a long time since you've seen a warning letter from the FCC to a 435 user on Roger Blight's behalf - and that's because the FCC is not going to take action on behalf of a repeater steward who himself disobeys the rules, is an unrepentant bootlegger and not only allows but ENCOURAGES his control operators and those he provides priority VOIP inputs to violate Part 97 rules. You're likely aware that the FCC always has recordings and offers to make those recordings available to an offender when they receive a warning letter; what would such a recording of, for instance, ZKZ sound like? Bits and pieces of his words with dead air as a result of Tommy Prager keying over him and constantly injecting, "you're not making it" over VOIP? I'd like to see the FCC act on Roger's behalf to try and make a case out of that, particularly when Tommy is - as he often is - in one of his rages where he's screaming about how physically tough he imagines he is. "Perhaps Roger should do some research and see what actually has happened with a repeater owner sues a user preemptively over FCC regulation." Both he, his control operators and those he provides priority, RF-overriding VOIP inputs first have to be in compliance with FCC regulations; they aren't. An very good argument could be made that he's failing to exercise station control by allowing/encouraging his control operators to jam people he dislikes. And in allowing them/encouraging them to continue that behavior, he actually shares responsibility for any other violations they're guilty of. I'm also highly entertained by his suggestion that he's going to bring criminal charges against the owner of a remote being used by someone he doesn't like for a cyber-crime under CA's various "hacking" statutes. "Your repeater, your rules", is not an absolute; you - and those acting as control operators - still have to operate within the boundaries of Part 97. Read any warning letter - or, even better, the K3VR, KZ8O or W6WBJ Forfeiture Orders - that involves QRM: "retaliatory jamming is not permitted". There is no provision in Part 97 for any operator, or any repeater owner or agent thereof to jam in response to alleged "jamming". "I can't remember a single operator he has actually "hunted down" on 435. I think what's really going on behind the scenes is that he cries his eyes off in emails to Roger all day, reminiscent of Brad's meltdown where he sent 40+ emails to Roger about OG picking on him. Roger, tired of listening to a 50 year old special-needs manchild (like Roger's control ops, another protected class) goes along with his requests." I don't think he's "tired of" it at all; he simply knows who/what annoys traditional 435ers the most, and he pushes as much of that sort of behavior as he can. Buzz trying to seem relevant in that ridiculous whiny voice, Tommy raging through his poor, muffled audio, Tammy trying to play the "straight" man [yuk yuk], Pat pontificating, Brad bloviating, Jimmy the Jackass whining constantly about OG... Perry and Darin constantly talking about gay sex acts... Honestly, among his "protected class", who most closely meets the definition of a traditional 435er? I'd have to say OG, who is still mostly an entertaining operator, but who you can clearly tell is getting tired of the buffoonery - and who, unlike most, has not only the tools and the talent but also the financing to turn out Roger's lights. The Pragers have never really been anyone's favorite operator among the userbase. They are, in fact, Johnny-come-latelys. No one has ever really liked either Buzz or Darin all that much. Perry has never been anything more than a loud-mouth court jester. Brad and Pat are equally worthless and easily squashed. When you think about "classic" 435, how many of those people really come to mind? Jimmy of a different era, maybe... The ZKZ of 2001? I actually miss OF constantly keying up over top of people; at least he typically had something amusing or apropos to say. His talents are better served on HF; he'd make a wonderful member of "Billy's Children", IMNSHO. "Ever wonder why Roger hates people that have and run remotes?" Unfortunately, such attempts at justifying unrepentant rulebreaking have been repeatedly rejected ever since the end of the Hollingsworth era [error?]; retaliatory jamming is still jamming, and it was NEVER allowed under Part 97, even if Riley "Playing Favorites" Hollingsworth made excuses for those poor operators he was friendly with or who he was intimidated by. "In short, Roger is condoning a medium power nefarious signal to be broadcast 24 hours a day on the input." What else would you expect from a complete hypocrite who is also an unrepentant bootlegger? Taking off the skirt would be the first step in winning back some respect and re-establishing healthy family roles under his roof." It's simple: he's, if only in his own mind, getting "even" with all those people who laughed at him, marginalized him and excluded him from 435 throughout it's "glory years". Face it, the last few years of 435 have been known for little other than The Henry Show, and if we're being honest, Roger SHOULD have stepped in and taken steps to deny Henry the use of the repeater - along the lines of the extreme measures he's taken to deny numerous others the use of the repeater - once his antics crossed the line into delivering long soliloquies about his deteriorating home life, the problems in his relationship with his children and the bad blood between himself and members of his wife's family, not to mention the arguments he frequently engaged in over the last year of his life about the criminal charges and divorce proceedings that stemmed from his personal problems. He should have NEVER been allowed to use 435 to disparage his wife/his wife's family, embarrass his children and try to litigate his various legal matters in the court of public opinion, regardless of whether or not it "brought in the ratings". "Perhaps it's time for Roger use that liberal arts degree to look inward and let go of the machine." It won't happen, and any suggestion otherwise is Kabuki Theater. "Like any long-term democratically controlled city in the US, Roger enables the very worst of the users while piling on ever changing rules for the good user base." An apt analogy. "Remember his ever-changing rules for remotes almost 1 year ago?" I remember him claiming that Part 97 mandates that a remote send out the ID of the operator who owns the remote, regardless of who is using it, when no such rule actually exists in Part 97 and that a "station" has always been identified with a PERSON, not equipment. "Recall hearing him tell Terry dozens of times that he HAS to duplex (not an FCC requirement)?" I remember him and Tommy talking over Terry - jamming, in other words - while trying to justify the rule by stating that it exists to prevent a lower power station from broadcasting noise when a more powerful station keys up over top of them - jamming, in other words. I suggest interested persons following these posts reread that last paragraph a few times until the implication sinks in. In simpler, if more wordy, terms: if you're a low power station and you're legally keyed up on the frequency and one of Roger's control operators/VOIP priority users decides they don't like you and don't want to allow you to speak on the repeater, it's YOUR obligation to duplex so that you know you're being jammed and so that you'll stop transmitting to avoid jamming the person who is jamming you. "Roger has done what any good Democratic mayor has done. He has fractured the user base and used the bad half to drive away the good half." Except that the bad "half" doesn't truly constitute a half; a half-a-dozen or so douchebags and perhaps one halfway decent operator who, for some reason, is friendly with them. Far more people - literally dozens - have been driven away by Roger and his dirty half-dozen.
Comments: I was cheering on Cliff (W5SQI) tonight when he spoke to us on tonight's net on the W6CDW repeater! He was so right that KA6JMM is the source of the repeater's problems. We had none of these issues before KA6JMM came along and rather than ignore things he is constantly finding petty little boy ways to fan the flames. Cliff, now that you acknowledge he is the focus of these issues and will never behave, just take the next logical step as other repeater owners did (CLARA, 435, SPARC) and just ban JMM from the repeater. Let his problems follow him somewhere else otherwise the real users of the repeater will be forced to go elsewhere. We can't leave our radios on anymore because JMM is always attracting trouble and tying up the repeater. While in a box wine-induced rant, Roger has reached a new low on Saturday with the banning of a fine-business operator and threatening N6ZKZ with the help of a private investigator he has been using to research Steve and others off the air. At approximately 11:55PM 10/12/19 Roger bans USA then reverses his decision less than an hour later. Roger's double standards, paper-thin legal threats, and off the air antics have retrograded the content into nothing but unidentified users, health ailments and procedures, The DMV "How much is your pickup truck's registration?" net (new), unlicensed VOIPers, and DVRs. If Roger or his Keystone Kops haven't run all the talent off the air by now, rest assured the "new normal" of content will. I have to wonder what power Snitchard Clark has to get both W6OF banned as well as fake OGM. Make no mistake. Richard Clark is the reason OF is banned. Is it because he promises to offer armchair T-hunting assistance to Roger? I can't remember a single operator he has actually "hunted down" on 435. I think what's really going on behind the scenes is that he cries his eyes off in emails to Roger all day, reminiscent of Brad's meltdown where he sent 40+ emails to Roger about OG picking on him. Roger, tired of listening to a 50 year old special-needs manchild (like Roger's control ops, another protected class) goes along with his requests. W6OF is in fact banned. Before you defend Roger, think of it this way. HAL didn't kill Dave, he just wouldn't open the pod bay doors for him. By terminating OF's one way into the machine, his communication ceases. Ever wonder why Roger hates people that have and run remotes? It is because they remove a large part of his totalitarianistic control. Only Roger is allowed to dole out/lord over access. Access in exchange for loyalty and with orders to break Federal law on his behalf...because he say's it's ok. If you get access and don't show loyalty, you're gone. This behavior all on what once was a free speech machine. If you'd like some introspect as to what goes on in Roger's mind, think Francis Buxton in Pee Wee's Big Adventure. In a conversation with Buzz, I remember listening to W6OF speak of a 250W remote somewhere close to the machine that he'd be on if Roger ever kicked him off. That he'd be on it the next day. Notice how none of Roger's control ops that vehemently defended OF and weren't pleased with Roger's disconnection (remember, not a ban) will host him on their equipment? Not even the Pragers that have both the protection and the horsepower to host their "friend" will do it. Not OG, nobody. Very telling. We only hear OF in preapproved, prerecorded snippets now piped in through OG's special inputs. The truth is, if any of Roger's pets who supposedly liked OF would host him, they would lose their access as well. At least OF stood up to Roger's BS when he was confronted. It seems Roger does not like the DVRs that play throughout the day, but does nothing to stop the endless deep fake DVRs that come almost exclusively from a certain "control op" that are circulated to the Pragers, Perry, Darin, and others and played over priority inputs. While Roger expresses his disapproval of a small handful of DVRs, there are literally hundreds of manipulated DVRs his "control ops" play that go unchecked for long periods of time. One example of this is Sunday, October 13th around 6PM. These DVRs include Terry re-mixes, personal info, ZKZ/SUS songs, and long segments of "Mustang Sally" played over fine business operators like Irv. Roger is going to have a very hard time singling certain people out when he obviously condones this and allows this to play over special inputs where he can monitor exactly who's doing it. Speaking of "Mustang Sally," it seems the control ops with nary a radio to their name are pissed because they will never have a superior signal like Irv's and end up jamming him constantly through the VOIP and priority RF inputs. Examples of this can be found on the following dates and times: 10/13 @ 5:58PM 10/14 @ 5:54PM 10/15 @ 6:50PM 10/15 @ 7:43PM 10/16 @ 6:19PM Keep in mind this is just a short log over three evenings but this is a perfect example of the frequency of jamming events Roger's "control ops" produce. It is important to note that Irv is not a banned station, it's just that Perry doesn't like him so clearly that makes it ok to defy federal law. Should Roger ever parade this debacle through the courtroom halls, rest assured that there is plenty of meticulous evidence compiling against him for whoever needs it. All of it damning. In a complete display of stupidity, Roger has requested that the Pragers run a "filter" (Also knows as jamming your own machine) to prevent unwanted DVRs from coming through. Rather than taking measurements or even understanding some basic RF principles and applying just enough signal to combat this, the Pragers seem to be running a filter that takes out most of the user base. In contrast, the "f the handi" DVR is a mostly quieting signal that still allows even USO to get in via HT from San Diego, and Pat to participate without having to open his garage door for better signal. Annoying yes, but well executed without preventing anyone normal use of the machine. The Prager filter seems to eliminate anyone without a special input (now 75% of the user base) or running at least a 50W+ mobile and high gain antenna. In short, Roger is condoning a medium power nefarious signal to be broadcast 24 hours a day on the input. Roger has won a few battles, but in reality is losing the war. With the machine silent most days, the online listeners averaging in the low to mid teens, and now a self-inflicted jamming filter it is no mystery as to why nobody is listening or talking. The more hands on Roger is, the more hands off the user base is. The evening of 10/19 Roger is mostly talking to himself on a priority input because he cannot make it over the Prager's jamming signal. You can't make this stuff up even if you tried! There are neither enough cases of Franzia in all of San Diego to drown Roger's disappointment, nor enough Cocaine smuggled across San Ysidro to snort away his insecurities. Because of this he continues to come out on the air and make a total ass of himself. It would be a real shame should his investor/partners be exposed to his amphetamine-fueled rants of vulgarity, his slurred words and sulfite-laden threats of suing everyone, and general lack of direction, double standards, and contradictory leadership policies on the air. How in the world can this guy be trusted to manage "a big project for a Fortune 500 company" as he claims? Could you imagine the people he would appoint to assist him? Perhaps that is the real reason Roger is at home so much now playing dress-up, slathering on makeup, and on the radio constantly making threats. Roger loves psychology, but those who seem to love the field or go into it seem to do it for one reason...to figure out their own deep-seated issues. Roger has more issues than Sports Illustrated. He is about as stable as a chick that has a bookcase full of self-help books. This is a guy that takes his family to public places while wearing black velvet skirts and makeup. Roger goes on vacation with his wife and books a separate room. He jams his own machine and then selectively turns off Teamspeak listeners throughout the day. His blatantly obvious substance abuse only aggravates his condition. Roger's narcissism is matched only by his desire for respect, power and control. Power and control that he completely lacks in his household. Taking off the skirt would be the first step in winning back some respect and re-establishing healthy family roles under his roof. I don't understand why someone would purchase the most active 2m repeater in the world and then allow nobody to talk for most of the day. Probably because not a single avenue exists in Roger's life where he can exercise any power or control. The only power he can really exercise is with regards to the priority inputs which he lords over the user base and doles out to anyone willing to do his bidding. Anyone that these godlike powers are bestowed upon seems to have the same substance abuse problems and narcissistic behaviors as himself. Perhaps it's time for Roger use that liberal arts degree to look inward and let go of the machine. Like any long-term democratically controlled city in the US, Roger enables the very worst of the users while piling on ever changing rules for the good user base. Remember his ever-changing rules for remotes almost 1 year ago? Recall hearing him tell Terry dozens of times that he HAS to duplex (not an FCC requirement)? W6OF being banned for bad nutritional advice? By enabling stations that aren't welcome anywhere else (a sanctuary repeater, indeed), Roger has done what any good Democratic mayor has done. He has fractured the user base and used the bad half to drive away the good half. Perry, Darin and the Pragers can do as they please, even if that involves making death threats and breaking FCC laws. Just as we see in San Francisco and other blue cities, the quality of life begins to drop. Drastically. As we all know, long-term Democratic control is never good for a community. Look at Detroit/Baltimore/Chicago/St. Louis/Philadelphia/Newark.... And Bly the way, Roger has accomplished what he said he was going to do numerous times over the air, lastly on the weekend of September 8th, which was to get rid of the entire current user base and replace them. Well...the repeater is practically 98% unoccupied. When will the new "talent" be piped in? The Florida era was a disaster. So was mushmouth Donny. I expect another complete failure under Führer Bly. This time hopefully it's in the bunker. After all it's only radio, right?
