I have listened in and as a dedicated ham operator and especially as a woman I am deeply appalled that such language is allowed and participated in by the owner and the control operators of the repeater. This morning was especially bad when the control operator kf6qhn was engaged in a conversation on what is the difference between homosexual sex and heterosexual sex. I don't want to go into detail but let me just say that kf6qhn had no problem going into great detail about the differences. VERY VERY INAPPROPRIATE FOR HAM RADIO. They use foul language they make racial remarks all day long. They make fun of the mentally challenged ham operators and the older ham operators and are generally JUST BAD HAMS. w6rjs is one of the hams who talks on this repeater and he constantly refers to his x girlfriend as the B word and he says the whole word. He also is involved in the racial remarks and making fun of the mentally challenged on the ham radio and has the nerve to say he is only doing it for their own good. Even though his own child is mentally challenged. You would think he would have more compassion than to deliberately use words like retard to hurt a mentally challenged ham operator. I don't know what you could do about this but these people are very vulgar and scary. They are the mean bullies of ham radio and should be monitored. Possibly even removed. I am forwarding a copy of this e-mail to Riley Hollingsworth and Steve Pierce. I have had nothing but trouble since my last complaint. W6RJS believes my original complaint is bogus as he puts it. I stand by my word and what I said was the truth. W6RJS has harassed me ever since. There is a downloadable copy of my complaint on his web site at w6rjs.com. He uses my call sign uby and calls me Toms ugly b***h wife. He has done this on more than one occasion. Its all the time. When he called me a B***h and a C*** I had to key up on 146.700 and tell Ron w6rjs that he had a lot of nerve calling me those rotten names and to quit using my call sign and to quit harassing me. I discussed this issue with kb5tjj Mike, who is the owner of the repeater on the phone he was going to e-mail me after he talked to w6rjs but I have not heard from him. W6RJS is continuing to harass me and I am very afraid of his anger. I can't prove it but I am being harassed on the 145.440 repeater by someone who will not let me talk, my husband has been threatened on 146.700 by someone talking to w6rjs who said he was going to come over to my house and break my husbands cane over his head. My husband is a blind ham operator. That is how I got into the hobby myself. While on my way to work one day I was following behind a gentlemen who was going only 10 mph. I was worried that something must be wrong and called on my radio for my husband who was at home to call the police and I gave my location so this person could be checked out. I continued to follow him when he ended up at his home I asked him If he was o.k. He was elderly and he said he was ok. I tell you this to let you know why I am a ham radio operator. I'm glad the gentlemen was ok. But if he wasn't I was ready with my ham radio to assist. On New Years Eve two years ago I worked at a party serving food at 1:00am when I was on my way to my parents who by the way live in Cerritos. I was being followed and a man in an SUV tried to run me off the road twice luckily I had my ham radio and keyed up to tell whoever could hear me what was happening and my location. Six police cars showed up to my rescue. I am not harrassing 146.700 repeater and I wish w6rjs would stop harassing me. I can only speak for myself so that is what I am doing. I don't know what could be done if anything but why should w6rjs be allowed to harass me on a daily and I do mean daily basis with his lies and foul mouth using my call sign. If anyone wants another hard copy of my complaint I am willing to sign. Please let me know.
