They wanted 435 to stay off their airwaves, away from their club functions, and sell the 435 repeater to SPARC. The people who should be angry are the 450 user group. We have clogged their 450 flamebook with other repeaters drama. SPARC has lost. They could not buy the 435 repeater, could not find the SPARC repeater unauthorized users, or silence the 435 user group. 435 has beat SPARC hands down. Even a few rogue SPARC members are laughing at BB for this entire failed fiasco BB generated. 435 wins and 450 flamebook wins. SPARC loses again.

I consider their response to my challenge an acknowledgement of defeat on their behalf. The 435 user group, the victims of SPARC bullying, and myself have chalked up a win. Comments: The two repeater groups need to think this through ___________________________________________________ You guys are too focused on the tactical level, trading jamming attack for jamming attack, verbal threat for verbal threat and name calling for name calling. But if there really is an evil plan that exists, what exactly is the overall attack strategy of the "opposition" repeater owners? That is important to discover before anyone does something really stupid. The difference between strategy and tactics is often described as “tactics are the actual means used to gain an objective, while strategy is the overall campaign plan.” I contend that neither set of repeater owners has a campaign plan of any sort and neither is plotting for the elimination of the other. Face it; they have jobs, families and ordinary lives to lead. Besides, the only person who is known to work at ejecting a repeater off a hill is SnitchBoy (KA6JMM) but that turd is not a repeater owner and he has no life. All I see going on here and on the air is a bunch of kneejerk reactions to perceived threats at a tactical level. 99% of these "threats" are nonsense and won't contribute one ounce to the elimination of a repeater or its owners. There is no direction to these threats, no pattern that will ever lead to any FCC notice, law enforcement action or eviction by a hilltop owner. It is mostly cyber-feuding between people who don't pause for a moment and let logic overturn emotion. Neither set of repeater owners has anything to gain from the elimination of the other. Nor would they want to endanger their own repeater through any sort of legal action or other costly impacts. There is nothing to be gained by trying to shut down another repeater. All outcomes have negative results, so why even pursue such a course of failure? So what is going on here? Is there some sort of Illuminati pulling the strings of both repeater groups, trying to foment a war of some sort? Sorry, that is a stupid idea. Neither does either set of repeater owners have a trained army of people who willingly commit any sort of crime when so ordered. None of that Hollywood movie BS is going on here. The best approach is to laugh off any upsetting statements on web sites, practice t-hunting jammers and ignore the rest. Ham radio is a great hobby and neither repeater group really wants to to risk committing any crimes. Get rid of your internal bias, count to ten before reacting to perceived slights and focus on what is fun with your repeater group.
